MILAN–Creative textile maker Bonotto SpA, a company that makes exclusive fabrics for fashion’s top couture and ready-to-wear collections presented Monday its very first furnishing accessories line.
Bonotto owners Giovanni and Lorenzo Bonotto, together with Cristiano Seganfreddo, the eclectic cultural producer and creative director of the brand, unveiled the Bonotto Editions project at a press event that unfolded just steps away from Milan’s Duomo.
Designer Matteo Cibic was the force behind art deco-like, velvety furnishings, while fashion Cesare Fabbri designed an array of fashion accessories that ranged from city tote bags to cosmopolitan capes.
The interiors foray opens up a world of potential for Bonotto, a family-run company that produces 350 fashion-forward fabric designs every season for runway brands.
